The difference between a receptionist
and an answer service is, a receptionist knows your
business, cares about your business, accurately takes
messages and forwards them and serves both the boss
(you) and the customer (your boss). Ours are the highest
paid and most well trained in the industry. Your receptionist
puts callers on hold (briefly) then calls you and tells
you whose on the line.
If you elect to take the call, you are
instantly connected. If you would rather not take the
call you can tell your receptionist to either (A) take
a manual message;
(B) transfer the call to your voice mail;
(C) forward the call to your office manager.
